Popiah is one of the easiest foods to cater in Singapore. It's familiar, it's eaten by hand and it works as a snack, a side or a full meal. This guide covers how many rolls to order, which flavours to pick and how to order popiah catering from Souperstar.
How many popiah rolls do you need?
Use this as a starting point and round up for hungry crowds:

Choosing flavours for a crowd
A mix keeps everyone happy. A simple split for most office and family events:
- About half Traditional. Our Traditional Popiah is the crowd favourite. Order some no chilli rolls for kids and anyone who avoids spice.
- A few vegetarian rolls. The vegetarian Traditional option covers meat-free guests.
- The rest fusion. Sesame Chicken, Sweet Thai Chicken and Seafood Wasabi Mayo add variety and look great on a platter.
Example for 30 people at lunch (60 rolls): 25 Traditional (normal chilli), 5 Traditional (no chilli), 5 vegetarian, 10 Sesame Chicken, 10 Sweet Thai Chicken and 5 Seafood Wasabi Mayo.
How to order popiah catering
- Open our Bulk Popiah order page.
- Enter how many rolls you want of each flavour. The minimum is 30 rolls in total, with no maximum.
- Bulk pricing is applied automatically: 3% off from 50 rolls and 5% off from 100 rolls. Premium flavours have a small top-up per roll.
- Choose delivery or self collection, then your date and time slot.
Please order at least 24 hours ahead. Delivery is islandwide for a flat $16.
Smaller groups
For fewer than 30 people, a box of 12 popiah or one of our party packs and bundles is simpler. The Office Lunch Pack feeds 8 with eight soups and eight popiah, and the Party Pack feeds about 15 with a 3-litre soup and 15 popiah.

Serving tips
- Cut just before serving. Rolls arrive whole so they stay fresh. Slice each roll into 3 or 4 pieces with a sharp knife when you're ready to eat.
- Label the flavours. Small cards help guests find no chilli and vegetarian rolls.
- Serve soon after delivery. Popiah is best enjoyed within 2 hours, so pick a delivery slot close to serving time.
