Our compact Dashi+ All-in-1 Umami Stock Coin is made for easy cooking to create a super umami broth in just 5-mins! We call this the ‘secret’ to a flavourful broth. Made with 100% Korea domestic produce together with aromatics like green onions, radish, garlic & ginger powder; using our Dashi+ Stock Coin does not require additional seasoning when cooking.

How to Use?

Ingredients:
Seafood broth powder [broth base {dextrin, mixed concentrated extract (kelp, anchovy, shrimp, shiitake, yellow onion, green onion, ginger, garlic)}, grilled salt, anchovy powder, shiitake mushroom extract powder, yeast extract, clam extract powder, kelp extract powder, radish powder, vegetable concentrated extract powder, soybean fermentation extract, smoked flavoured tuna powder, garlic powder, ginger powder.

Dashi packs are shipped by courier within Singapore for a flat $3, usually arriving in 3 to 8 days. Please order dashi packs on their own, separately from soup, popiah and other food orders for delivery or self collection. Keep dashi packs in the chiller (2-7°C) and use within 3 months once opened.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
We prepare every order fresh, with ingredients bought and scheduled for your order day. So once an order is placed, the refund you can get depends on how early you cancel.

Refund schedule
- 50% refund if cancelled 2 days before your order day
- 30% refund if cancelled 1 day before your order day
- 0% if cancelled on the order day (no refund)
Percentages are of the total order amount. "Order day" means your delivery or collection day.
How to cancel
Email info@souperstar.com.sg. The time we receive your email decides which refund applies.
When you'll get your refund
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
Changing your date or items
Changing your delivery or collection date, or reducing items, within 2 days of your order day counts as a partial cancellation and follows the refund schedule above.
Same-day cancellations
Cooking and kitchen scheduling start well before your order day, so same-day cancellations can't be refunded or exchanged.
Uncollected and undeliverable orders
Orders that are not collected, or that cannot be delivered because the recipient cannot be reached, are disposed of in line with food safety standards and are not refunded. A $15 redelivery fee applies to unsuccessful deliveries.
Emergencies and unforeseen circumstances
We may review exceptional or emergency cancellation requests case by case. Any refund or credit outside this policy is at the sole discretion of Souperstar management.
